I've created the Seagull Rig for a group project during my Masters at Bournemouth University.
This character was so fun to work with that I've decided to make the seagull rig available online so other artists could play with it as well. It is such an amazing feeling seeing it getting life in so many other adventures.
I believe the Seagull visibility started getting bigger when Jean-Denis Haas made this review of the rig.
Lately I’ve been investing some time on learning Control Rig, the Rigging tool for Unreal, and I couldn’t use another character to test it.
So I made the Seagull Rig version in Unreal. Happy to say that Epic even used it in one of their tutorials about Pupeeteering.
